Farm Restaurant, located in Sha Tin’s Hong Kong Science Park, is a hidden gem that brings the authentic flavours of Sichuan cuisine to Hong Kong. With its cozy ambiance and attentive service, Farm Restaurant creates an inviting atmosphere for diners to indulge in the bold and vibrant flavors of Sichuan. A Gastronomic Haven for Sichuan Food Enthusiasts. I would like to say that they have the best dan dan noodles i have ever had in HK.

This is located in Sai Ying Pun. If you have a taste for bold and spicy flavours, make sure to visit River Sichuan Restaurant in Sai Ying Pun. 3. Sijie sichuan restaurant
(Price: HKD$200-400)

This place is perfect for those who enjoy spicy food and it’s located in Causeway Bay. The chef, who is the mother, prepares incredibly spicy dan dan noodles that are famous. The son and daughter are in charge of managing the restaurant. Eating here might get a little messy, but it will definitely leave you feeling satisfied. Some of the standout dishes on the menu include prawns with garlic and spicy salt in the Sichuan style, poached fish, Sichuan cold noodles, spicy pork with dried green beans, and cucumber with a hot and sour sauce that has a tangy kick.
